Material Handler

**Position: Material Handler**

**Location**:Ayr, Ontario (Near Cambridge, Kitchener/Waterloo)

**Hours of Work: Monday - Friday 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm “B" Shift**

Bend All Automotive ULC (BAA) is a leading supplier of Automotive Components and Automation Tooling Equipment. We are seeking a dedicated, motivated Material Handler to help us grow.

**Primary responsibilities**:

- Accountable for the safe transportation of materials from Receiving to Production ensuring accurate transactions of material movement in the ERP system
- Monitors and maintains production work in progress (WIP) to ensure machine operators have the required materials
- Responsible for the timely collection of finished goods to ensure shipment deadlines are met
- Adheres to customer specific packaging requirements
- Completes cycle count activities as requested to ensure accurate inventory transactions
- Participates in annual physical inventory
- Aides other departments in material movement as requested

**Qualifications**:

- Completion of Grade 12 (OSSD) or GED is required
- Minimum of one (1) - three (3) years’ experience in a logistics environment; automotive preferred
- Minimum of three (3) years’ licensed forklift experience (propane or electric)
- Ability to perform tasks within defined work instructions
- Adheres to related health and safety legislation (forklift safety)
- Use of simple mathematical calculations to ensure accuracy of inventory reporting

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
