Foreman Roofer

Position Overview:As a Foreman, you will oversee roofing and siding projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality throughout the process. You will lead a team of skilled workers, coordinate schedules, and communicate with clients to deliver exceptional results on time and within budget.Responsibilities: - Lead a team of roofing and siding professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Plan and organize daily tasks, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints
- Conduct on-site inspections to assess work progress, quality, and safety compliance
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain accurate records of materials, equipment, and labor hours
- Enforce company policies and safety regulations, promoting a culture of workplace safety
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during projects
- Represent the company professionally and uphold its reputation for excellence in the industryQualifications: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in roofing and siding installation, with demonstrated leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of roofing and siding materials, techniques, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and communicate with clients
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and make sound decisions under pressure
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week
