**Job Description**:
**We currently have a career opportunity for a Master Librarian & Aircraft Standards Coordinator. This position is based in our head office located in Les Cèdres, Québec, near Vaudreuil-Dorion.**

The Master Librarian & Aircraft Standards Coordinator will report directly to the Technical Services Supervisor and will be responsible for the timely distribution of technical publications and will be reporting to Transport Canada of all applicable aircraft modifications.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that all Company libraries receive the appropriate manual revisions in a timely manner and in the most expeditious and cost-effective manner possible.
- Verify the revision status of all applicable documents and ensure that all revision services are renewed as required to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Communicate with bases and other library holders with regards to changes to individual libraries, status, missing revisions, etc.
- Produce semi-annual library audits and monitor completion within a timely basis for pilots, bases, and aircraft.
- Administrate employees’ accounts for access to applicable OEM publications and provide them assistance with request for documents, login to website, reporting of library audits, among others.
- Verify and distribute the controlled Insurance Certificates.
- Review and file aircraft records related to modifications, Weight and Balance Reports, and Approval Listings; ensuring that they are done in accordance with the applicable regulations.
- Notify Transport Canada of all applicable aircraft modifications and changes to the company’s fleet. (A/C sales, acquisitions, leasing) within the required timeframe.
- Maintain several databases of Company aircraft installations, modifications, and major repairs, including applicable approvals and related data.
- Process with Transport Canada A/C marks and Certificates of Registration.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications**
- College Diploma in administration or equivalent experience. Two years of experience in an equivalent position is an asset;
- Must hold the authorization to work in Canada, this position is not available for sponsorship;
- Excellent analytical and communication skills;
- Ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities;
- Good computer skills, MS Office (Word, Excel);
- Excellent organization and planning skills;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Autonomy and initiative;
- Bilingualism (English and French);

Location: Les Cèdres, on-site position.

Status: Permanent

Schedule: 40 hours a week
