**Job Summary**
Salesforce, the Customer Success platform, and world's #1 Customer Relationship Management platform, empowers companies to connect with their customers in a whole new way. Our Pharma Distribution, Retail Banner Group and Biopharma teams have a broad portfolio of innovative partners and members working towards growing and maintaining customer relationships. Salesforce is utilized as the team's central customer relationship and communication channel that supports our business, improves our effectiveness, and evolves as the market and our needs evolve. We are strengthening partnerships by focusing on areas of growth by using "Opportunities", "Programs", "LEADS", and other channels within Salesforce, to deliver a transformational member experience. We are creating an agile and more competitive Pharma business equipped to serve in a dynamic, external environment by improving our strategies and performance.
**Section A - Specific Responsibilities**
Responsible for working with the Salesforce Product Director with all aspects of the development and implementation of Salesforce initiatives.
- Lead and manage on-going Segment Function roadmap plan with Business Leaders that aligns to business goals and strategy. Areas of focus include:
- **Salesforce Usage & Integration**:Implement processes to continue focus on training, orientation, usage guidelines, key features, and change management.
- **Reporting & Measurement**: Develop, implement, and disseminate required reporting and dashboards.
- **System Maintenance & Governance**: Implement process and manage resources to effectively manage and maintain the platform.
- **Priority Enhancement Management**: Lead the agile Salesforce priority and implementation of enhancements. Actively monitor the progress of Salesforce. Assess enhancements and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and business satisfaction goals to prioritize with other business unit requirements.
- **Future Opportunities**: Engage with external suppliers, industry experts and other McKesson business units to capitalize on future opportunities.
- Manage the agile prioritization with cross-functional agile US Scrum teams to ensure the platform evolves and continues to be functional.
- Develop project plan supporting enhancement development life cycle (requirement gathering, requirement translation to Tech, prioritization, UAT, training, adoption, communication plan and go-live).
- Develop visible, standard, automated, and repeatable adoption metrics
- Manage appropriate Report and Dashboard access with appropriate folder structure
- Collaborate with Sales Operations, MDM and IT to lead the processes implemented to maintain and govern the CRM platform.
**Section B - General Responsibilities**
- Implement processes to continue focus on training, orientation, usage guidelines, key features, and change management.
- Engage with Sales, account teams and senior management to develop, implement and disseminate required enhancements.
- Implement processes and allocate resources to effectively manage and maintain the platform.
- Engage with external suppliers, industry experts and other McKesson business units to capitalize on future opportunities within the platform.
- Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates.
