Job Purpose:
The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for reaching out to build new relationships with customers, nurturing existing relationships, servicing customers with product selection, pricing, promotional execution, and ultimately achieve the sales target within the territory. This individual must have excellent follow-through with the ability to carry a sale from beginning to follow up, providing outstanding customer service. This position requires in-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, negotiating skills, and closing deals.

La personne doit avoir une excellente aptitude à faire des suivis et la capacité de réaliser une vente du début à la fin, en offrant un service à la clientèle exceptionnel. Ce poste exige une connaissance approfondie et une expérience du processus de vente, une excellente capacité à générer des pistes, à établir des relations, à négocier et à conclure les ventes.
Key Accountabilities:
- Act as primary contact for Hankook Tire Canada to dealer network within a geographic area as assigned
- Inform dealers of all essential Hankook programs, policies and new products
- Handle all dealer issues and concerns, maintaining excellent customer service
- Train and work with dealer personnel as required
- Obtain current market information and trends, maintaining awareness of competition
- Establish Brand awareness
- Prospect new business
- Assist all internal departments as necessary
- Monitor territory performance
- Submit all reports as required
- Attend industry shows as needed
- Any other duties/responsibilities as assigned by Management

- Établir la notoriété de la marque
- Découvrir de nouvelles occasions d'affaires
- Aider à tous les services internes si nécessaire
- Contrôler les résultats du territoire
- Présenter tous les rapports nécessaires
- Participer aux salons professionnels, au besoin
- Toute autre tâche/responsabilité affectée par la direction
Level of Accountabilities:
- Responsible for managing sales for a specific geographic territory
- Build relationships with decision makers at wholesalers, distributors, and dealers

Qualifications:
- High School diploma required or more
- Minimum 5 years outside sales experience
- Valid Quebec driver’s license
- Proficiency in French and English is a must
- Must be able to spend 80% of worktime traveling within the Eastern Quebec and the Maritimes Region
- Superior time management and organizational skills, multitaking skills, and the ability to prioritize trasks with mínimal supervision
- Team player with good problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, confident, energetic, and creative with good initiative
- Superior customer-relation manners and strong interpersional skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Accuracy, follow-through, and fine attention to detail
