PRT/IFCO Seedlings operates a diverse network of nurseries in Canada and the United States enabling us to grow a wide variety of high-quality container forest seedlings for all climatic and site conditions. Annual production of 630 million seedlings makes PRT/IFCO the largest producer of forest seedlings in North America. We operate 5 bareroot nurseries across the South and 23 containerized operations.

PRT is currently recruiting seasonal **Nursery Workers** to assist with our upcoming harvest of tree seedlings for reforestation across North America. This engaging, high paced, physical position offers a safe work environment and an opportunity for a career that will make a positive change in the world.

**What a position with PRT offers**:

- Paid training provided at $16.75/hour
- ** Piece Work with greater earning potential; averaging at $22/hour; your motivation drives your wage**:

- ** Flexible work shifts to accommodate varying schedules. Work in Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day for approximately 5 weeks, depending when you join the project**:

- Work is available end of June to end of July with an opportunity to join other projects for ongoing career paths, development and personal enrichment
- Our PRT nurseries are vibrant and fun communities with employees who share a strong passion for the “green” nature of our business and doing their part in regenerating the forests of North America
- We provide a supportive team structured environment, a strong safety culture, and a commitment to the environment

**Qualifications**:
**What you need for a position with PRT**:

- Energetic and pays attention to detail
- Positive attitude and a team player
- Work is meticulous and physically demanding; ability to stand for lengthy periods of time, walking, repetitive lifting, (light to medium weight objects), and performing repetitive movements
- Appropriate clothing required; Indoor and outdoor work, must be able to work in varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation is essential
