Inventory Control Supervisor

**Summary**:
Supervise, perform and plan every activity that relates to inventory control in the warehouse environment
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Support the receiving team on put away and storage of products into the warehouse
- Support customer demands related to inventory in the most efficient manner obtainable
- Provide recommendations and updates to operations and management on any inventory related issues and opportunities
- Review balance of inventory and count the items in stock
- Support any policy changes regarding inventory in the company
- Investigate glitches in the system and execute if necessary, using external technology support, if needed (WMS team)
- Interface with operations and resolve inventory related issues
- Initiate and review inventory adjustments and changes
- Initiate and support the preparation and analysis of weekly and monthly reporting of inventory control results and activities
- Submit weekly stock reports to storage customers
- Analyze existing audit processes that impact inventory and determine best practices and validity of those audits that directly affect inventory
- Perform daily/weekly/monthly cycle counts and submit to customers and management
- Troubleshoot order submission failures from internal / external sources
- Attend weekly calls with Head Office to discuss RTV flow in & out of BDC
- Plan and schedule RTV to ship back to vendors weekly
- Arrange shipment of liquidate items to various buyers
- Initiate and support pictures for RTV orders both internally and externally
- Support the exercise of scanning INB/OTB RTV paperwork daily and update R&D sheet
- Attend bi-weekly operations meeting to discuss issues and opportunities
- Any other duties assigned by your manager
**REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS**:
- Minimum two (2) years' inventory/ Logistics control experience
- Working knowledge of inventory management software (WMS)
- Ability to develop a strong rapport with teammates
- Demonstrated interpersonal, problem solving, and communication skills to effectively build a positive relationship with team members and vendors
- Self-starter, who can take the initiative and work well independently
- Organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Ability to perform consistently in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Innovation and change management champion
