**Who You Are**:

- You are a superuser of Dynamics AX and/or Dynamics 365
- Have a minimum of 5 years' experience in systems analysis and ERP support specific to the D365 platform
- Construction industry experience, particularly manufacturing operations and financials will be considered strong assets
- Have fundamental knowledge of business processes across various disciplines such as Finance, Work Order Processing, A/P, A/R, Job Cost, Procurement, and warehouse management and inventory control functions
- Experience in facilitating meetings and training sessions, and well-developed communication skills
- Effective and efficient problem solving and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of IT access controls and change management processes
- Knowledge of D365 user roles and security setup
- Expert in ITIL-based processes
- Familiarity with ITSM/ticketing systems such as Azure DevOps and JIRA
- Experience in Agile methodologies and Kanban is an asset
