JOB TITLE: Precast Sales Representative

JOB TYPE: Full-time, Permanent

BENEFITS: Medical Benefits Plan (after 3 months), 6% Vacation Pay

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assemble proposals and bid packages.
- Generate sales within a specified geographic area or clientele base and develop an early awareness of project opportunities.
- Develop strong rapport and a high level of credibility with current and new clients, owners, and contractors.
- Create and communicate compelling proposals (accurately depicting project scope, schedule, price).
- Manage the sales cycle through prospect identification, proposal generation to project award.
- Contribute to the negotiation of favourable contract terms. Assess and communicate project risks.
- Check specifications and drawing notes while watching for impediments in design and dimensions.
- Provide estimators with complete and accurate project information.
- Work with the estimating department to ensure estimates accurately reflect costs and ensure adequate input from operating departments so that costs, risks, and conditions are clearly identified.
- Prepare quotations by comparing typical unit rates to existing rates. Establish precast unit rates with management team.
- Assist design team during early stage of projects.
- Provide adequate project hand-off to operations and ongoing post award client support.
- Monitor the financial impact of change orders on the project.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Degree or diploma in construction-related discipline
- Minimum 3 years sale experience in the construction industry
- Knowledge and understanding of production, design and finishes of precast products.
- Experience with development and sales strategy.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to accuracy and detail.
- Excellent presentation, written, and verbal skills.
- Work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Great customer service and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relations.
- A vehicle or means of transportation for site visits, client meetings, etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
