**The Opportunity**
The Technical Service Representative will be primarily responsible for all tasks associated with billing and customer service transactions. Currently we are looking to fill this role within our Beamsville and Grimbsy office locations. Training for this position will take place in Welland.
**Primary Responsibilities**
- Personal lines and Farm and Commercial billing
- Pathway requests & campaigns
- Transactions (cancellation, reinstatement, policy changes and reissue)
- Participate in a billing phone queue for direct billing inquiries and payments
- Firm understanding of all company billing procedures
- Non-licensed SSK inquiries (ie. pink slips, pay schedules)
- Report on cancellations weekly (ie. identifying cancellations & reasons)
- Assist in monitoring the chat for non-licensed inquiries
- Provide administrative assistance/support to reception lines and to branch, including triaging of client inquiries, greeting clients and redirecting for appointments

- Demonstrates a high degree of professionalism and integrity
- Possesses proficiency in computers skills
- Pays close attention to detail and multitasks with a high level of organization and accuracy
- Works well within a team and independently, taking initiative to assist team members where needed
- Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong customer service skills
- Interacts with patience, enthusiasm, dedication and professionalism
