**Responsibilities**:

- Établir et surveiller les programmes d’inspection et d’entretien préventif quotidiens et hebdomadaires et tenir des registres sur l’entretien de tous les véhicules.
- Assurez-vous que tous les frais sont soumis quotidiennement au bureau d’administration pour tous les frais de déplacement communautaire.
- Prendre en charge toutes les situations d’urgence et communiquer avec la direction de la collectivité.

In the role of Driver, you are responsible for providing safe, courteous transportation services for residents. You coordinate vehicle pre-maintenance, maintenance, and repair to ensure vehicle longevity.
- Drive vehicle from community to social, medical, and other destinations according to assigned schedule.
- Schedule destinations of the bus or other vehicles as directed by the Engage Life Coordinator or other members of the Management Team.
- Assist residents into and out of the vehicle in a safe manner.
- Secure passengers’ wheelchairs to restraining devices to stabilize during trip.
- Practice safe driving techniques and maintain a safe driving record according to company guidelines.
- Clean and service vehicle with fuel, lubricants, and accessories and report and coordinate vehicle maintenance repairs.
- Establish and monitor daily and weekly trip inspection and preventative maintenance programs and maintain records regarding the maintenance of all vehicles.
- Ensure any charges are submitted to the business office daily for any community travel expenses.
- Handle any emergency situations and communicate to community management.
- Report any potentially unsafe conditions.
- May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.

Qualifications:
