We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable General Labourer to join our team at Keith’s Trailer Sales As a General Labourer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our service department and ensuring the smooth operation of our dealership.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist service technicians with various tasks, including preparing units for service and cleaning work areas to maintain cleanliness and organization.
- Coordinate the movement of RV units in and out of the shop to ensure a smooth workflow and timely completion of service jobs.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks on RV trailers, such as cleaning, staging, lubricating hinges and mechanisms, and inspecting for signs of wear or damage.
- Support the parts manager with inventory management by organizing parts shipments and maintaining accurate records of stock levels.
- Help maintain a safe working environment by following proper procedures for handling equipment, tools, and hazardous materials.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge related to RV maintenance and dealership operations.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, productivity, and overall customer satisfaction within the dealership.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations to maintain quality standards and compliance

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive or RV industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with RV systems and components is an asset.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently with mínimal supervision.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

**A few notes from us**:
This role reports directly to the Service Manager. The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Compensation for the first three months is $18 per hour. After the probation period is successfully completed and evaluated, compensation will be reviewed.
