Detailed Overview:
**Supporting the Vision, Values, Purpose and Commitments of Fraser Health including service delivery that is centered around patients/clients/residents and families**:
The Technical Lead, P3 Contracts is responsible for supporting the Manager in managing the P3 contracts for Fraser Health Authority. This includes providing key technical advice on deficiencies, defects, maintenance, and lifecycle of the hospital buildings on P3 sites. The Technical Lead is also responsible for quality assurance, leading audits into the plant and building services, capital renovations, and other work performed under the P3 contract at the two sites. The Technical Lead supports the relationship with P3 partners alongside the Manager, and leads the management and resolution of technical issues and conflicts between the parties.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manages the contract with P3 partners on a day-to-day basis, with a focus on technical performance and resolution of issues associated with performance under the contracts.
- Implements an ongoing quality assurance plan to ensure standards are maintained at the hospital sites and services uninterrupted. This includes leading weekly meetings, regular walkthroughs, initiation and resolution of site issues, and creating and implementing monthly audits.
- Manages relationships with the partners, including proactive check-ins, formal and informal meetings, and resolution of conflicts to the satisfaction of all partners.
- Reports performance and issues to the Manager as requested.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
A two year post-secondary technical certificate (e.g., Power Engineering Qualification). Seven to ten years of relevant work experience with a minimum of three years of additional workplace training or equivalent qualifications and experience. Experience with Public-Private Partnerships is an asset.
