Tru-Kare Tank and Meter Service is a Transport Canada pressure vessel inspection facility and a commercial vehicle inspection facility. We are also a B620 pressure vessel inspector training facility.

Primary job would be moving trailers and trucks in and out of shop, most with air brakes, running skid steer, telehandler, will be taught to pump test, flare and purge units for preparation to bring into shop. Must be physically fit, quick learner, clean drivers abstract. Experience with propane would be an asset.

The most common pressure vessels we work on are 331, 341, 338, 406 spec. (propane, NH3, CO2, Liquid N2, Cryogenic liquids, some fuel)

Opportunity to apprentice to become a pressure vessel inspector. A mechanically inclined person would be preferred. Some examples of duties would include repairing valves & pumps, leak testing, assembling plumbing, hydro testing, visual inspecting. Must supply basic hand & power tools with tool box for pressure vessel apprentice opportunity.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
