Overview:
We are currently seeking a Fulfillment Associate to join our team. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse and distribution center. If you have experience in order picking and warehouse management systems, we encourage you to apply.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders in a timely manner, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to support efficient order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and meet daily shipping deadlines.
- Ensure proper packaging and labeling of orders to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
- Perform regular quality checks to maintain high standards of product presentation.
- Assist in receiving and stocking inventory as needed.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety and security.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in order packing, fulfillment, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Basic computer proficiency, including experience with inventory management systems (training will be provided).
- Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to sit for an extended period of time
