**This is a work from home position but you may be required to work 'on-site' every now and again from one of our Duncan and/ or Ladysmith long term care homes. Therefore, applicants must have received their covid-19 vaccines.**

**Schedule**: Monday - Friday (0700-1500 OR 0800-1600)

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain the facility master schedule within CareCorp Seniors Services’ scheduling system.
- Update employee schedules within the scheduling system to reflect assigned shifts, incentives, and attendance related events.
- Update employee availability within the scheduling system.
- Schedule relief staff for planned and unplanned staffing vacancies.
- Advise the Human Resources Department of all internal position vacancies and subsequent posting requirements.
- Assist with internal posting procedures as directed.
- Assess staff utilization daily.
- Advise facility management and the Human Resources Department of potential recruitment needs.
- Work in a confidential manner.

**Qualifications**
- A post secondary diploma or combination of experience and training.
- A minimum of two (2) years experience in an administrative support role (preferred).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written & oral).
- Cultural education and experience are preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $24.50 per hour
