Tire Technician

**Responsibilities**:

- Inspect, repair, and replace tires for a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and SUVs.
- Perform tire mounting and balancing.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot tire-related issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are in good working condition.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining tire issues and maintenance options to customers.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of tires and related products.
- Adhere to safety standards and protocols at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 6 months of experience as a tire technician or in a similar automotive maintenance role.
- Knowledge of tire brands, types, and specifications.
- Ability to operate tire-changing equipment, balancing machines, and other relevant tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with mínimal supervision.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy tires.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license is required; CDL is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Automotive service technician certification or equivalent.
- Experience with wheel alignments and suspension work.
- Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and repair systems.
