**Responsibilities**:

- Perform a range of landscaping duties, including planting, pruning, mulching, sodding, and watering.
- Operate and maintain landscape equipment and tools, such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools.
- Install and maintain irrigation systems, including sprinklers, drip lines, and timers.
- Assist with the construction of hardscape features, such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor structures.
- Conduct site assessments and develop landscaping plans in collaboration with clients and project managers.
- Ensure that all landscaping work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and supervisors to coordinate work activities and address any concerns or questions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper disposal of waste and debris.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries on job sites.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience working as a landscaper or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, plants, and materials.
- Proficiency in operating landscaping equipment and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret landscaping plans and blueprints.
- Excellent physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor in outdoor environments.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and craftsmanship.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Certification in landscaping or related field is a plus.
