**Skills You Must Have**:

- **Mortgage Agent License (required)**:

- Familiar with Filogix Expert
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-confidence
- Initiative to follow-up with potential customers
- Ability to meet tight deadlines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $100,000.00-$250,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Mortgage Agent: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Ontario Mortgage Agent's Licence (required)
