Le dispatcher planifie les itinéraires de livraison, établit les ordres de préparation et organise la séquence de chargement des camions de livraison. Il/elle prépare la documentation nécessaire pour les différents itinéraires et donne des instructions spécifiques aux chauffeurs. Il/elle suit l'état des expéditions et communique avec les clients du département de service.

**Responsabilités confiées**
- Vérifier les nouvelles commandes dans le système informatisé ;
- Programmer les itinéraires de livraison en fonction des commandes en cours et de l'heure d'arrivée prévue ;
- Générer une liste informatisée d'articles pour les préparateurs de commandes en fonction de chaque itinéraire spécifique ;
- Préparer les ordres de livraison pour les chauffeurs avec des instructions spécifiques pour chaque itinéraire ;
- Superviser la séquence de chargement des camions de livraison ;
- Contrôler les livraisons et communiquer les informations au service clientèle ;
- Fournir une assistance téléphonique aux chauffeurs-livreurs sur la route ;
- Accueillir et aider les clients qui viennent chercher leur commande à l'entrepôt ;
- Produire divers rapports d'activités et indicateurs de performance ;
- Participer à la gestion de l'inventaire ;
- Attribuer des cartes d'essence/de flotte et gérer l'utilisation adéquate des véhicules ;
- Organiser l'enlèvement des retours des clients et assurer le suivi avec les chauffeurs et le directeur des ressources humaines pour s'assurer que les délais de traitement sont respectés ;
- Toutes les autres tâches connexes.

**Facteurs de réussite**
- **Connaissance du terrain **:vous avez une excellente connaissance des réseaux routiers de la région et des environs ;
- **Compétences techniques **:Vous maîtrisez les outils Office tels que Word et Excel et votre expérience de trois à cinq ans dans un poste similaire en dispatching fait de vous un expert de la réception et de l'expédition ;
- **Esprit d'équipe **:Vous avez un grand esprit d'équipe et d'excellentes capacités de communication ;
- **Résistance au stress **:Vous savez gérer les urgences et établir des priorités. Vous avez toujours une solution prête pour faire face à l'imprévu ;
