Prince George Regional Clinic for Mental Health & Addictions

**Forensic Psychiatric Services**, as part of
**BC Mental Health & Substance Use Services (BCMHSUS) **provides specialized forensic psychiatric assessment and treatment services to the courts, the BC Review Board, and to the custody and community branches of BC Corrections. These services are located at the Forensic Psychiatric Hospital and the six Regional Forensic Clinics in Vancouver, Surrey, Victoria, Nanaimo, Prince George and Kamloops/Kelowna. In addition to delivering these clinical services, BCMHSUS through its agencies and services, provides provincial leadership for system-wide improvement through its work in: health promotion and illness prevention; knowledge exchange; and research and academic teaching.

The Regional Clinics for Mental Health & Addictions are looking for Forensic Psychiatrists with good experience in the assessment & management of patients with substance dependence and mental health issues. The Forensic Psychiatrist collaboratively works with the interdisciplinary team in order to effectively plan and manage the patients through their recovery and rehabilitation.
