Support legislated annual reporting requirements for existing growth funding tools, and implementation of new growth funding tools (i.e. Off-site Levy).
Work closely with Finance and Communications teams to collect, report, and communicate complex financial, infrastructure, and funding information and data to support decision-making for interested parties, development industry, senior Administration and Council.
Strategically consider and communicate the short-term and long-term impacts of various initiatives, including the impact on City, partners and citizens.
- **Qualifications**
***Enrolled in a diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Planning, Economics, Commerce, Business, Engineering.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required.
Excellent relationship building skills, a high degree of customer focus.
Strong research and problem-solving skills and focus on attention to details.
Ability to adaptive to changes and work well independently and as part of a team.
- **Pre-Employment Requirements**
***Must be currently enrolled in school on a full-time basis with the intent to return to school full-time in the Fall of 2023.
