**IT Technician**

Larian Studios is seeking a motivated IT Technician to join our team. The IT Technician will assist in providing technical support to our team of developers and designers and will have the opportunity to develop and improve technical skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in responding to user requests for service, troubleshooting problems and help develop solutions.
- Provide basic troubleshooting for hardware and software issues
- Assist with maintenance and setup of PCs and laptops
- Assist with identifying and reporting system issues to the IT team

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- Basic understanding of PC hardware components and desktop operating systems
- Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Good communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Technicien TI**

Larian Studios recherche un technicien TI motivé pour rejoindre notre équipe. Le technicien TI aidera à fournir un support technique à notre équipe de développeurs et de designers et aura l'opportunité de développer et d'améliorer ses compétences techniques.

**Responsabilités**:

- Aider à répondre aux demandes de service des utilisateurs, résoudre les problèmes et aider à développer des solutions.
- Fournir un dépannage de base pour les problèmes matériels et logiciels
- Aider à la maintenance et à la configuration des PC et des ordinateurs portables
- Aider à identifier et signaler les problèmes du système à l'équipe informatique

**Exigences**
- Actuellement en train de poursuivre un diplôme en informatique, en technologie de l'information ou dans un domaine connexe
- Connaissances en composantes mat é riel de PC et des systèmes d'exploitations
- Capacité à apprendre rapidement et à travailler efficacement dans un environnement dynamique
- Fortes compétences en service à la clientèle
- Bonnes compétences en communication en anglais.
- Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et en équipe.
