**Position Responsibilities**

+Opening & closing responsibilities

+Meet & greet clients

+Book appointments via the online software

+Confidently take telephone calls

+Ensure the studio remains clean and presentable at all times

+Ensure waxers are stocked with supplies throughout the day

+Take payments from clients

+Be knowledgeable in skin science, hair growth cycles, retail products and aftercare for clients

+Pro actively feedback to store manager on immediate issues

+Other general administrative tasks

Compensation, hours and location

The location for the position is Como Lake Ave Coquitlam

Looking for part time

Training provided

Availability requirements - Earliest start time = 9:40am Latest finishing 6:15pm

Must be available at least 1 weekend day

Compensation - Dependent on experience - $18/hour

Start date : March 11th

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: $18.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Shift:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
- Admin / Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: One location

Expected start date: 2021-05-01
