**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivable functions
- Reconcile tenant ledgers and accounts
- Updated department leaders on monthly actual vs. budget results
- Responsible for overseeing and tracking the leases of the company’s portfolio.
- Coordinate with management to ensure all legal documents for new leases, renewals, expiries, terminations, etc. are properly tracked and entered the accounting system
- Draft new leases, extensions, terminations as required
- Oversee and ensure that billing and other financial transactions are accurate
- Enter lease summaries into the accounting system
- Run property rent rolls, rent schedules, and tenant notices
- Perform CAM reconciliations & year end reviews
- Special projects as they may arise
**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- Degree in business, accounting, finance, or related
- 3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping
- Experience in commercial lease coordination
- Proven proficiency in reading and understanding lease documents & contracts
- Solid understanding of lease administration process
- Ability to identify leasing issues and communicate to the appropriate personnel
- Expertise in understanding and interpreting commercial lease language
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team to build relationships and interact effectively with business partners
- Ability to multitask, work successfully under pressure and effectively manage time and workload
**Salary**: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
