- Summary:
Provide 1:1 support to a female individual including cooking, cleaning, grocery shopping, laundry, bathing protocol, personal care and transporting to and from day program. Support staff and second resident in basement suite.

Practitioner position includes completion of monthly documentation, regular communication with house coordinator, assisting with staff meetings, planning and individual support plan meetings, and taking the lead on booking and attending appointments.
- Qualifications:
Diploma in Rehabilitation and/or related education (preferred).

Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Experience providing personal care and behavioral supports required.

A clear criminal record check including the vulnerable sector is required.

Emergency First Aid/CPR, APRP, PBS, SIVA and Medication Administration certifications are required or must be obtained within 90 days, training provided through agency or provide your current certification.

Reliable vehicle, class 5 driver’s license, clean drivers abstract and $2,000,000 liability required.
- Salary: $21.69 - $22.81 and is dependent on education and experience.
