To continue to support the work that we do, the Agency is looking for a full-time contract Redaction Worker to join our Access and Disclosure team. This is an approximately 9-month contract and is a hybrid role.

Reporting to the Supervisor of Access, Disclosure and Part X Practices the Redaction Worker will review and prepare requests for access of file information for clients on open and closed files; review and prepare requests for disclosure for third party’s; deliver completed disclosure requests to the appropriate party and ensures security of file delivery; be responsible for tracking exceptions used in redacting files; review and complete documentation related to tracking; and for documenting requests for access or disclosure in the appropriate database.

**Knowledge & Skills Required**:

- Post-secondary education required.
- Computer literacy including excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
- Ability to problem solve and exercise judgement.
- Highly detail oriented.
- Well-developed interpersonal, organizational, and verbal/written communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret context.
- Administrative experience in a legal setting would be considered an asset.
- Knowledge of child welfare would be considered an asset.
- Knowledge of the CYFSA Part X would be considered an asset.

**Salary Range**:
$54,249.31 - $65,684.21 per annum

Office & Clerical Grade 6
