Bindery Operator

Duties:

- Operate and maintain bindery equipment such as cutting machines, folding machines, and stitching machines
- Set up machines according to job specifications
- Monitor production process to ensure quality and efficiency
- Inspect finished products for defects and make necessary adjustments
- Package and label finished products for shipment or delivery
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with operating forklifts and other material handling equipment
- Mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Experience in packaging and fabricating materials
- Knowledge of machining processes is a plus

**Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move heavy materials as required, 50+lbs

**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
