What you’ll do
- Oversee the implementation, testing, maintenance, reporting and/or dashboards for the system, including supporting integration with ancillary systems across the organization
- Proactively seek and investigate new ways to use data from Dayforce in conjunction with data from other systems in the organization, for increased awareness and better decision-making
- Support the evaluation, recommendations, and implementation of changes to the system, to improve the user experience, increase efficiencies, and eliminate manual processes
- Support relationships with users and third-party vendors related to the system, including serving as internal technical point-of-contact for system-related data and processes, and escalation point for resolution of system-related issues
- Complete preventative maintenance requirements, including testing upgrades and patches, troubleshooting malfunctions, and contacting vendors for assistance as necessary

What you’ve got
- A post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field, plus 3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Intermediate knowledge of Affinity Credit Union’s business and divisional business operations
- In-depth knowledge of specific system configuration, reporting, data requirements, access setup and maintenance, and database management
- Intermediate knowledge of functional, administration, testing, data and/or process requirements related to specific system
- Ability to conduct leading practice research to discover, analyze, and recommend innovative processes for continuous improvement
