**Responsibilities**:

- Offer expert guidance on diverse immigration pathways, including IMP, ICT, and owner-operator programs.
- Thoroughly review clients’ documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with specific program requirements.
- Stay updated on immigration policies, regulatory changes, and emerging trends.
- Interact effectively with government agencies and authorities on behalf of clients.
- Provide personalized advice and solutions tailored to individual client situations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience as an immigration caseworker, consultant, or in a related role is preferred.
- In-depth understanding of Canadian immigration laws and procedures, especially pertaining to IMP, ICT, and owner-operator pathways.
- Familiarity with startup programs and experience in assisting clients through such programs.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication abilities in both written and spoken English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively within a dynamic team setting.
- Relevant certifications or training in immigration consulting are considered assets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
