Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as PSWs in Assisted Living facilites. As an Assisted Living PSW, you will provide essential care and support to seniors in a facility setting. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

**Duties**:

- Accept shifts on-call during the hours you've agreed to work with us
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide medication administration and reminders
- Monitor and document changes in residents' health and behavior
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Engage residents in social activities and provide companionship
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding, as needed

Qualifications:

- 3 years experience in nursing home, senior care, dementia care, or assisted living is required.
- Strong interpersonal skills, command of the English language, and the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of caregiving techniques and practices
- Familiarity with medication administration protocols is a plus
- Must posess a recent Vulnerable Sector Check
