When you join the F&B Culinary team you will be working in a NEWLY RENOVATED KITCHEN This is going to be an
exciting year with re-opening after a major renovation.

**WHAT TO EXPECT**:
Reporting to the Chef du Partie, your main priority is menu standardization by leading and supervising the
activities of the kitchen team, so they are ready for service.
- Maintain a guest focus while performing duties.
- Assume responsibility for quality of products served.
- Ensure team is ready for shift.
- Ensure all items required for service are accurately prepped.
- Ensure proper rotation of food and mínimal waste.
- Comply with industry food safety standards.
- Maintain a level of food preparation consistent with business levels and leadership direction.
- Ensure sanitary cooking conditions and safe food handling is adhered to.
- Supervise in absence of CDP.
- Assist with training and guiding of new kitchen staff.
- Comply with all operating procedures and policies of Predator Ridge Resort.
- Perform other related duties assigned by the management team.

**WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 2-3 years’ experience.
- Initiative to see what needs to be done and do it with mínimal supervision.
- WHMIS.
- Flexibility work schedule required.
- Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing and lift heavy objects on a regular

basis while working in a high-pressure environment.

**COMPENSATION:
- $19.50 - $21.50 per hour plus tips depending on experience
