**Job Description**:
** Poste en présentiel à 25 heures par semaine, du lundi au vendredi. Quarts de travail de 7h45 à 12h45 et/ou 11h30 à 16h30**

Le ou la réceptionniste reçoit les appels téléphoniques dédiés au secteur immobilier, accueille les gens à la réception, les dirige vers la personne demandée et effectue différentes tâches administratives reliées aux activités de la direction. Il ou elle effectue également différentes tâches reliées au fonctionnement des systèmes de contrôle d’accès du stationnement, des immeubles et des locaux. Plus précisément:
- Remettre les cartes d’accès aux autres personnes désignées; tenir un registre et assurer la gestion des entrées et sorties des cartes d’accès- Programmer les billets spéciaux de gratuité pour le stationnement des visiteurs et tenir à jour un registre des coupons validés de stationnement remis aux différentes directions de la Société, aux locataires ou autres personnes préalablement identifiées- Aider, si nécessaire, les visiteurs qui utilisent la borne de paiement du stationnement ou ayant tout autre problème de ce genre- Effectuer la mise à jour des cartes d’accès pour les locaux, les immeubles et les stationnements. Sur demande, programmer les cartes d’employés et en assurer le suivi- Communiquer en cas d'urgence, avec des personnes-ressources de l'intérieur et/ou de l'extérieur de la Société- Produire différents rapports statistiques d’événements; valider leur contenu et signaler tout problème à son supérieur- Communiquer avec les fournisseurs lors d’appels de service, compléter le bon de commande et leur transmettre. Contrôler l’accès des fournisseurs à nos locaux et aviser l’équipe exploitation au besoin.

Vos talents et qualifications:
- Diplôme d’attestation collégiale en bureautique ou DEP en secrétariat ou l’équivalent- Minimum d’un an d’expérience pertinente (accueil à la réception ou gestion du stationnement ou contrôle d’accès ou sécurité d’immeuble)- Avoir des aptitudes pour les communications orales- Bonne connaissance de la langue anglaise parlée (fonctionnelle)
