**Job Title**

Manager, Enterprise Strategy and Transformation
- Works closely with (internal) clients to define the business problem, issues and planned approach for one or more S&P engagement components.
- Oversees performance of S&P engagement data collection, research and reporting activities and staff. Coaches junior team members and (internal) clients.
- Leads analyses and solution development for key S&P engagement module(s). Performs more complex activities.
- Provides recommended S&P solutions. Works with senior consultants / managers to develop and deliver (internal) client presentations.

**Job Summary**

Leads one or more consulting engagement modules to understand, analyze, develop and recommend Strategy & Planning (S&P) solutions. Applies experience and seasoned knowledge, skills, and practices to perform a variety of assignments.
