**The Opportunity**

We at Prenuvo are welcoming radiologists, both internationally trained awaiting practice credentials and those currently practicing with an interest in technology and AI, to join our team in a distinctive role. We are seeking a dedicated **Radiology Research and Ground Truth Labeler** to join our dynamic AI Team**. In this key role, you will play a crucial part in coordinating the labeling process, focusing on research initiatives, and ensuring the accuracy of ground truth data for AI models, particularly in the realm of radiology. **What You'll Do**
- Coordinate and oversee the labeling process for medical images within the AI Team, emphasizing research and ground truth accuracy
- Collaborate closely with the radiology and AI teams to understand the complexities of medical images and ensure precise labeling
- Maintain clear and consistent records on data versioning
- Identify and address discrepancies and inconsistencies in labeled data, providing valuable feedback for improved accuracy
- Actively contribute to ongoing research initiatives within the AI Team
- Assist in developing and updating labeling guidelines, emphasizing the importance of ground truth for research and AI model training
- Implement and manage quality control measures to ensure the reliability of labeled data, particularly in the context of radiology, including maintaining confidentiality
- Effectively overseeing a global labeling team to ensure timely delivery
- Collaborating closely with the regulatory team to prepare the product for training, clinical validation, including FDA compliance and other regulatory requirements

**What You'll Bring**
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as health science or medical imaging
- Previous experience in healthcare, with a focus on radiology or related fields, is highly desirable
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to understand complexities of effective interpretation of medical images, particularly in the context of radiology
- In-depth understanding of medical terminology, diseases, and diagnostic modalities
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with the AI Team and other stakeholders
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying discrepancies in labeled data
- Experience in data management and cloud bucket management is highly desirable
