**About Us**

Superior Child is a company striving to provide the highest quality education available to students aged 3-16. We are keen on working and trying to explore the potential developments of students.

"Potential development" and "multiple intelligence" are the concepts of our school.

We have six centers in our school which are Music Center, Dancing Center, Art Center, STEM Center, Sports Center, and Language Center. We provide a variety of classes for students to choose from. In here they can stay in one place and go through all the classes they want

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Music or Vocal Performance/Education (if necessary).
- Previous experience in teaching choir, conducting, or vocal coaching.
- Proficiency in vocal techniques and pedagogy.
- Ability to teach different voice types and ranges.
- Conducting experience, especially for choirs of various sizes.
- Knowledge of music theory, ear training, and vocal health.
- Familiarity with various genres (classical, choral, contemporary, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Plan and deliver lessons with proficiency.
- Ability to inspire and motivate children.
- Fluent English speakers or mandarin speakers
- Ability to prepare children and refer them to public performances/competitions/exams.

**Responsibilities Include**
- Teaching vocal techniques, sight-reading, and harmonization.
- Leading rehearsals and preparing students for performances.
- Selecting repertoire suitable for students' skill levels.
- Organizing performances, recitals, or choir events.
- Collaborating with other music teachers or faculty (if applicable).
- Plan & implement program activities based on children’s development and different needs.
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible and creative teaching style
- Responsible and punctuation
- Have an enthusiastic and warm approach with children.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $19.04-$36.27 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 6 per week
