**Finance Solutions Manager**:
100% on Site - Toronto - Downtown
Permanent-FullTime
**DUTIES**
- Work with the finance teams to identify and prioritize improvement projects.
- Lead change management efforts related to SAP S/4HANA Finance systems, including developing communication plans, training plans, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
- Monitor the health of the super user model and identify areas for improvement, including identifying gaps in user training or documentation.
- Liaise with super user group and external consultants and conduct regular system health checks
- Contribute to the maintenance of SAP S/4HANA system documentation, including procedures, user guides, and training materials.
- Provide regular reports and updates on the performance of SAP S/4HANA Finance systems and improvement projects.
- Contribute to SAP S/4HANA reporting by working with super users to implement improvements, train the trainer delivery, and drive super user adoption.
- Working with external consultants, contribute to the change control process. Assist with testing plans and prepare for and support the approval processes.
- Contribute to strategy and execution of continuous training
**REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, including transactional experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and drive solution building.
- Ability to lead change management efforts and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be a collaborative team player with a flexible "can do" attitude.
- Knowledge of the mining sector is a plus.
- Knowledge of OneStream or Xeras is a plus.
