**Skills/Requirements: Previous waterfowl guiding experience**
- **Ability to call ducks & geese**
- **Be physically fit and be able to work long hours**
- **Have a trained retrieving dog, or experience with retrieving dogs**
- **Be flexible to work all days of the week (varied work days)**
- **Be willing to work outdoors**
- **Be self motivated**
- **Have a good attitude and relate well to clients**
- **Participate in setting up and breaking down spreads**
- **Be able to read RM maps**
- **Have a clean driver’s record**
- **Resume required**
- **References available upon request**
