LAHP is located in the Greater Toronto Area and offers 24/7 emergency care alongside a comprehensive array of specialty veterinary services. Our guiding mission at LAHP is to provide pets with access to the same quality of healthcare available to their owners. We are looking to hire Customer Service Representatives for our 24/7 Emergency and specialty hospital.

The technical proficiency and medical equipment at Lakeshore Animal Health Partners equals or exceeds that found in many sophisticated human hospitals; our 3-Tesla MRI provides clinicians with exceptional diagnostic capabilities. Furthermore, AI-enabled software systems and our hospital design, informed by veterinarians in our network, help support our clinicians by keeping their focus on delivering high-quality care to patients.

**About the Role**

- Must be capable to lift up to 50 pounds (23 kg)

Under the supervision of the Office Manager, the duties and responsibilities of the Custodian include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Maintain a clean working environment of general areas - sweeping/mopping of hallways and public areas, vacuuming carpets or replacing dirty mats with new mats, clean/dust furniture, door trims and all other horizontal surfaces
- Clean bathrooms and restock paper supplies daily
- Operate light and heavy (commercial type) floor machines as well as central vacuum
- Monitor building for any defects and report any findings to supervisor
- Empty garbage cans in public areas daily, replacing the liners and placing it in approved containers outside
