**The Opportunity**:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, Supply & Distribution. The Mailroom clerk's responsibilities include but are not limited to the:

- Processes and delivers mail efficiently and within a 24-hour turnaround time.
- Provides clerical support required for departmental operation.
- Sorts incoming correspondence from Canada Post, courier deliveries & local couriers for delivery to Health Centre on a daily basis.
- Delivers sorted mail to departments.
- Picks up correspondence for delivery to internal/external sites.
- Determines delivery methods for external mailings & processes mail using automated equipment.
- Prepares information on accounts receivable for monthly billings.
- Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

**Hours of Work**:
35 hours bi-weekly

**Your Qualifications**:

- Successful completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Familiar with Health Centre layout including location of all facility departments.
- Knowledge of mailing routines/procedures required by Canada Post services.
- Familiar with the operation of high speed/high volume postage equipment having remote postage meter resetting capability.
- Must possess excellent organizational skills.
- Team player with demonstrated initiative and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must be flexible to meet workload demands.
- Attentive to detail.
- Previous Experience in a similar role would be an asset.
- Competencies in other languages considered an asset.
