Pinnacle International is one of Canada's leading builders of luxury condominium residences, hotels, and commercial developments. Based in Vancouver, BC, Pinnacle has been involved in development, design, construction and management for over three decades. Pinnacle's portfolio includes landmark locations in Vancouver, Toronto and San Diego.

We are looking for a motivated team player to join our team as a Site Project Manager.

**Job Duties**:

- Provide support and liaison between site superintendents and head office
- Tender out and draft subcontracts, change orders
- Create and maintain project schedules
- Maintain and update log, drawings, specifications and submittals
- Cost estimating and quantity take off
- Process and maintain project documentation - RFIs, SIs, CORs
- Review submittals, transmittals to subcontractors
- Manage change orders and subcontractor invoices
- Develop and update punch lists
- Maintain project budget and timeline
- Prepare bid documents, coordinate tendering process with the project team

**Requirements**:

- Post-secondary education or BSc Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field considered as an asset
- Background in trades or hotel project management are considered an asset
- Minimum 5 years of construction or renovation related experience
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience in managing multiple high-rise projects is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
