As a Shipping/Receiving Coordinator, you will be responsible for material handling, using various equipment, including forklift operation, power and hand tools, assembly, support, scheduling and dispatching. As a vital member of the team, the main responsibilities include:

- Receive shipments and sign paperwork upon receipt
- Unload packages from incoming trucks
- Inspect contents to ensure they are undamaged
- Verify packages according to order and invoices (quantity, quality, price etc.)
- Assume responsibility for returning unsatisfactory shipments or receiving replacements
- Label deliveries and allocate them to their designated place
- Maintain accurate records and assist in inventory control
- Assisting in manufacturing
- Maintain product quality control
- Loading and unloading material
- Valid G driver’s licence.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Previous experience with shipping or receiving is an asset
- An understanding of customer/vendor relationships
- Highly flexible with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work unsupervised in a fast-paced environment
- Team player, adaptable, energetic with a positive professional attitude and manner
- Enjoy working with others and have a strong desire to improve yourself and advance within the organization
- Forklift and machine operation experience would be considered an asset

**Salary**: $19-22 hourly (depending on experience)
