**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate New and Used vehicle deliveries, Client washes and Service washes
- Maintain inventory of all Detail Department supplies and replenish responsibly
- Supervise and train all personnel engaged in the detail department to ensure efficiency and quality assurance
- Safely drive client and in stock vehicles into and around the compound
- The ability to work in a variety of weather conditions including rain, extreme heat and cold
- Participate in cleaning and detailing clients vehicles, demos, loaner and in stock units
- Notify management of dents/damage/stains prior to detailing
- Ensure prompt clocking in/out when you leave and when you return to dealership via electronic time clock
- Supervise staff electronic clock management
- Responsible for communicating need of equipment and/or supplies, inspect all equipment for wear and arrange repair or replacement as necessary.
- Maintain and perform weekly inventory of service lot
- Responsible for managing loaner fleet and checking in and out of loaner vehicles with department team
- Maintaining a clean environment and work area. Area includes Service Drive, Dealer lot, Detail Centre and compound
- Supervise, facilitate and participate in compound snow clearing in winter months

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a senior detailing role is preferred
- High School Diploma a MUST
- Superior polishing and waxing skills a must
- Bilingualism is considered an asset
- CDK experience and Electronic Dispatch is considered an asset
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Good oral communication skills
- Clean driving record
- Level one security clearance
- Valid driver's license.
- Professional personal appearance
- Ability to work comfortably with the public
- Able to work flexible hours such as occasional nights and weekends and off peak hours
