**Position Overview**:
Extol Developments is a construction management firm based in Regina, SK executing both residential and commercial projects. Through clear, concise and transparent communication, we thrive to exceed our client’s expectations and deliver our projects as committed.

**Purpose**: We are looking for an individual who is a self-starter with an energetic, results-oriented work style, combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

Assist the Managing Director with day-to-day activities including both business administrative and project related tasks.

As our project manager, your responsibilities include but are not limited. Developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability, allocation and coordinate with people and processes to ensure that all of the projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a projects organization and timeline.

**Characteristics Needed to Succeed**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Experienced of MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Proven working experience in project management.
- Experience with project management software tools.
- Leadership skills.
- Ability to work in Fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or simular program.

**Day-to-Day Responsibilities**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem resolution experience on technical issues.
- Flexibility in schedule, with the ability to make site visits during the construction phase.
- Knowledge of work breakdown structures and architectural divisions.
- Strong problem resolution experience on technical issues.
- Developing and tracking budgets.
- Use and continually develop leadership skills.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Ability to develop a detailed project plan to track and monitor progress.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
- Manage relationship with clients.
- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs.
- Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

**Salary**: $59,375.46-$116,128.89 per year
