- Location: Nestlé Sterling Road Factory, Toronto
- Shift**:Night Shift** (8-hour Night shifts: 11pm to 7am; 12-hour Night shift: 7pm to 7am)
- Job Type**:Permanent, Hourly**:

- Flexibility: Must be flexible to work any shift per business needs
- Salary: $18.00 per hour
- Expected start date**:Nov 15, 2023
- Duties and Responsibilities:_
- Perform general production jobs that may involve repetitive bending, pushing, twisting, pulling, lifting and machine operation
- Perform all duties in a safe manner; comply with safety, environmental, and quality policies, accident prevention and compliance programs.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts; overtime may be required including weekends
- Adherence to plant quality standards and Good Manufacturing Practices
- To seek opportunities for continuous improvement initiatives
- Job Requirements:_
- Note: Credentials obtained outside of Canada require an evaluation to determine the Canadian educational equivalence. This evaluation must support the educational requirements for the position, as a condition of employment.
- 1 to 3 years of Manufacturing Experience
- Computer Knowledge
- Able to understand and interpret the specifications and procedures related to this job
- Be mechanically inclined
- Ability to perform basic mathematics
- Ability to work in the fast pace environment
- Self-motivated, safety and quality conscious; requiring mínimal supervision.
- Behavioural Expectations:_
- Understand safety, environmental and quality policies and actively promote safe and compliant practices in the workplace
- Actively participate in NCE activities like problem solving, training, SHO meetings, etc.
- Work according to ISO 14001 Environment and OHSAS 18001 Safety requirements
- Maintain constructive relationships and demonstrate respect for everyone
- Provide ideas, opinions, or information in an articulate, professional way
- Willingness and ability to adjust to changing conditions or priorities
- Take the initiative to identify and act on problems and lead by example.
