_**LLPS - Labrecque Landscaping & Property Services**_ is looking for a strong _**Sales Representative**_._
We have been serving Sherwood Park, Edmonton and surrounding areas for a decade
**(10 years)**

Our representative needs to know our Industry and is eager to learn more.
- **Outdoor work
- (Landscaping / Property Services and Outside Contractor services).**_
Know how to present this information to clients via presentations or visual plans/pictures and be able to keep profitable margins with finalizing each sale. Coordinating with team leads and managers to ensure every detail is on our work order system (Jobber) and to ensure we succeed on the job via communication. Able to organize your own schedule and complete every job scheduled for that specific day. Cold calling or calling leads that are generated will ensure more clients to LLPS thus using every opportunity to sell.

Social Media could also be attached to this job to enhance your selling capacity.
- **Responsibilities **_
- Conduct sales activities and generate new leads to achieve sales targets
- Must know products like Landscaping, Property Services and other Contractor Services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the market
- Develop and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
- Able to create and design a plan for reference via google earth
- Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients
- Provide technical sales support and product information to customers
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential business opportunities.
- Using Jobber to input customer information and identify the scope of work for others
- Suggesting and implementing new practices that will aid our organization from your perspective (we are always looking for new ways to be better)
- **Experience**_
- Proven experience in sales or a related field
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Excellent negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets
- Bilingual in English and French is a plus
- Experience in account management is preferred
- Ability to analyze market data and trends to identify potential business opportunities
- Previous experience in technical sales is an advantage (online sales)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team (family atmosphere)
