**Technicien Comptable**

**Vous recherchez un poste qui vous permettra de gérer les comptes payables et recevables d'une entreprise et d'agir à titre de comptable général? Nous sommes à la recherche d'une personne pour **se joindre à une équipe collaborative en croissance.**

**Votre quotidien**:

- Gestion des comptes à recevoir (effectuer la facturation, encaissement des comptes clients, efforts de collection).
- Gestion des comptes à payer (enregistrer les factures fournisseurs, saisie des paiements dans le système comptable et à la banque).
- Préparation de la fin de mois (conciliation bancaire, écriture de régularisation, etc).
- Assistance avec la préparation et gestion des admissions à l'assurance collective.
- Toutes autres tâches connexes (conciliation de cartes de crédits, projets spéciaux, etc).

**Vous avez**:

- Une technique comptable ;
- De 2-3 années d'expérience dans un poste similaire;
- Une excellente maîtrise du français et une connaissance intermédiaire de l'anglais
- Maîtrise intermédiaire d'Excel ;
- Capacité à travailler sur plusieurs projets à la fois;
- Capacité d'analyse et de synthèse;
- Connaissance des logiciels comptables (nous utilisons Zoho et Exact);
- Expérience en entreprise de services.

**Accounting Technician**

*This is a 6 month contract with strong possibility for a permanent renewal*

Are you looking for a position that will allow you to manage account payables and receivables and act as an overall accountant? We are looking for someone to join our fast growing collaborative team.

**Day-to-day**:

- Management of accounts receivable (billing, processing client payments, collection efforts);
- Management of accounts payable (processing invoices, preparing payments in accounting system and bank, etc);
- Preparation of end of month (bank conciliation, adjustment entry, etc);
- Assistance with preparation and management of collective insurance;
- Other related tasks (credit card conciliation, special projects, etc).

**You have**:

- An accounting certification;
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar position;
- Mastership of the french language, comprehension of English language;
- Intermediate experience with Excel;
- Capacity to work on different projects at once;
- Capacity to analyze and synthesize;
- Knowledge of different accounting softwares (we use Zoho and Exact);
- Experience in a services company
