**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Estimator/Coordinator**

N-Two Medical Inc an established leader in the nitrogen services industry and is a Health Canada licensed distributor of medical grade liquid nitrogen. We provide reliable delivery of LN2 to over 600 customers in Ontario. Our on-site Quality Control and other experienced personnel present a personal level of experience providing the highest quality of product and cost-effective service. We are adding an experienced Estimator Coordinator to grow an already successful medical division.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Estimating:

- Creating estimates for all cryogenic services offered including verification and making revisions as needed.
- Updating price lists for stock parts.
- Updated price books.
- Acquiring information for pending quotes and jobs.

Coordination:

- Discussing prospective jobs with customers for scheduling and quotation purposes.
- Creating work orders for each service call printing at the end of each day.
- Coordinating Cryogenic Technician schedule calendar including assigning on-call weeks, adding new employees to calendar access and training on its usage.
- Acquiring information for customer required forms that that are required for a job to proceed. (MOPs, security clearances, training records, etc.)
- Coordinating customer P.O numbers, reconciling amounts, signing, and returning.
- Coordinating vehicle and equipment service and maintenance such as logging, services, and repairs.
- Coordinating N-Two building maintenance including, but not limited to, fire inspections, HVAC, functioning doors, building generator, and cleaning.
- Coordinating inventory including keeping track of equipment, maintaining levels, and noting equipment in need of repair.
- Maintaining bulk tank supply of liquid nitrogen including ensuring adequate levels on hand to meet upcoming needs, ordering as needed, confirming fill paperwork has been received, and testing bulk tank as needed.
- Coordinating health and safety measures including acquiring and distributing certificates of insurance, WSIB clearance, TDG forms, and updating the procedures book yearly.
- Interacting with employees to assist with incident reports, on site issues and ensure training is up to date.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in full coordinator of a project.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word. Microsoft Access is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Must possess a high attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Combined field experience and estimation experience is considered an asset.
- DZ drivers license is an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $55,000.00 per year
