Night Auditor

The Parlour Inn is now hiring Night Auditor in Stratford, ON. The Parlour Inn is seeking a Night Auditor to balance daily revenue and cash receipts and reconcile numerous reports on daily business transactions.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Front desk duties include check in/check out procedures.
- Responsible for reports & photocopies.
- Performing accounting procedures.
- Balancing all departments in Food and Beverage.
- Answering phones in a professional manner.
- Working with Maestro system.
- Taking guest reservations on an occasional basis.
- Taking messages and forwarding to the appropriate departments.
- Dealing with guests in a professional service oriented manner.
- Responding to guest complaints. Professional Requirements:

- Valid computer knowledge.
- Accounting experience.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Basic accounting skills.
- Mathematical skills.
- Numerical aptitude.
- Front desk experience an asset.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.80-$17.69 per hour

Schedule:

- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Stratford, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
