**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Greet customers, identify needs, and establish their eligibility
- Deliver services and products, obtain signatures, review products with customers
- Process Alberta Government registries products across all databases
- Payment and cash handling, invoicing, balancing financial transactions
- Respond to and resolve customer’s challenges
- Appropriate treatment of confidential information (FOIP)
- Work cooperatively with team members
- Adhere to employee and agent code of conduct
- Other duties as assigned
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Satisfy Police Information Check
- Hold a Registry Certificate
- Corporate Registries Level 2 preferred with Level 3 an asset. (A Level 1 willing to work towards and obtain Level 2 will be considered)
- APPRES Certification
- Land Titles & Vital Statistics experience
- Alberta Health EAP Certificate (asset)
- Experience with processing prorate and fleet bundles
- Fluency in English is a must, with additional languages an asset
- Motivated with excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Present self as professional and friendly to customers and co-workers
- Work with minimum supervision
- Manage time well and demonstrate good communications skills
- Pay attention to detail with accurate keyboard skills
- Work well under pressure and manage stress
**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time
**Salary**: $2,600.00-$4,000.00 per month
